Technology Knowledge (Or Not)

PUBLIB recently had a thread called "Things that make your library look
incompetent/stupid." It was an interesting list that included a handful of
basic technology questions (including several I've experienced libraries
flubbing).

I'm curious if any of you are interested in compiling a list more specific
to technology.  I'm not completely sure what form this list would take, but
wanted to toss the concept in the air and see where it landed...
