Ad-Aware v. Spyware

We're looking at purchasing the Ad-aware Plus software to run on our
public Internet and staff PCs to try and get a leg up on keeping spyware
off of these PCs. 

Has anyone used the Plus version of Ad-aware that has real-time monitoring
and blocking or a similar product that they could recommend? If you have
used Ad-aware Plus, how easy/difficult was it to set up and deploy on your
network?
