[WEB4LIB] Dropdown Menu Dominance in IE

There is specific information about this issue at
http://webreference.com/dhtml/diner/seethru/. We use a product called
Hiermenus, http://www.hiermenuscentral.com, to build menus, and their
latest version (6) has a work around for this problem that works for IE
5.5+, described here: http://www.hiermenuscentral.com/faq/faq1.html. We
bought it but have not yet had time to implement and test it.
