seeking screen capturing software

We use a program called html2jpg. This allows a great
deal of flexibility in capturing and reproducing web
pages.

Sounds like a double compression problem that might be
solved by first saving as a bitmap image then using
whatever graphics package you have to resize and save
as a jpg.
