and its implementation.
This LibQUAL+(TM) webcast covers:

and its use
* Why do LibQUAL+(TM)? The University of Maryland has participated in
LibQUAL+(TM) three times and will do so again in 2005. Learn more about
their participation and the value of LibQUAL+(TM) results to the
Maryland libraries
* How do you do LibQUAL+(TM)? An overview of the steps involved in the
survey process from registration to completion, as well as information
about the results that each library receives as a LibQUAL+(TM) participant.

live, interactive Q&A sessions with the webcast audience. Libraries are
encouraged to invite multiple participants from across your institution
to view the webcast as a group!
