BLOG Technology - Community Server, formaly known as .TEXT

Is anyone currently using the Open Source ASP.NET framework that was
called .TEXT?  The new version includes Blogging, Forums, and a Gallery
and is called Community Server.

The company that is producing this open source is Telligent Systems
(http://www.telligentsystems.com/).  They describe Community Server as:
"an online collaboration and knowledge management platform designed to
allow people to share information and ideas more easily".

I'm trying to determine if other Libraries are using this software and
if so, what have been some of the success stories as well as some of the
drawbacks.
