Do you use Macromedia Fireworks? There is a command under the "Modify" menu
for a pop up menu, with a wizard like interface. You can use images or html,
then export the results with javascript. There is info in the help area on
this as well.It might not be exactly what you are looking for, but... 30 day
trials are available from Macromedia's web site as well.
