Learner's Library?

Anyone know anything about learnerslibrary.com? There doesn't seem to be
a lot of info available about them.

They seem to focus a lot on distance learning, and coursepack
development, and they have some interesting partners, including the
United States Distance Learning Association, Thomson Gale, Britannica,
and RLG.

I also read in a press release in the Distance-Ecucator.com newsletter
where they appeared to say they'll offer virtual reference services:
"Beginning December 1, 2004, the Learner's Library will also include
'live 24/7 help desk' that will provide chat access to a reference
librarian to assist a user with queries."
