Gates printer problem

Folks,

We have an H-P LaserJet 4050 TN that we got with the rest of our gifts from 
the Gates Foundation. We've never had much trouble with it until recently 
when it started printing just one copy no matter how many you asked it to. 
Has anyone else run into this and does anyone have any suggestions?
