Course announcements on Web4Lib

On the related issue of What's O.k. 4 Web4Lib, the editorial board would
like to recommend that before posting a course announcement, you consider if
the course a) pertains to the Web in Libraries, even tangentially, and b) is
widely available enough to warrant posting on Web4Lib, with its very broad
readership. 

Please don't fear posting courses to this list. Many course listings on
Web4Lib are on target and widely available. Just take a moment to ask, Web
(or even, Internet)? Libraries? And how many on Web4Lib might benefit from
it? It's possible your course listing will do better on a regional list
where you will reach more people who can benefit from your posting.
