ALCTS Leadership Development committee at ALA Midwinter

Hello.  Please forgive duplication, and please forward to other lists that
you feel would be interested in this announcement.

Come to the ALCTS Leadership Development committee meeting on Sunday,
January 26, from 2 - 5:30 p.m., at the Pennsylvania Convention Center
(PCC), Room 108A.  From 2 - 3:30 p.m., we will be having a presentation by
Karen Calhoun and Martin Kurth of Cornell University on their recent
reorganization of technical services towards metadata initiatives.  From
3:45 - 5 p.m., the committee invites attendees to participate in its
meeting, where we will be discussing our ALA Annual Program in Toronto:
"Learning and Developing Leadership:  Who's Responsible?"  Both the
presentation and the committee meeting are open to all.  Hope to see many
