Unwanted desktop image

Having trouble getting rid of an animated desktop image that has
appeared on one of my PAC workstations. It is not a background - the one
we created is still there.  It doesn't show in Control Panel/Display
settings, Start Menu or             Taskmanager.  Rebooting did not
remove it.  Any idea where to look on this Win XP Pro machine to get rid
of this annoyance?
