[WEB4LIB] Turn off W32Time?

Laurie,
Thanks for posting this. I too am having the identical issue and
do not want to use time synchronization in our NT domain. I've also
found that users lose their connection to the internal network and have
found w32 time errors in the event viewer. If you find a resolution to
this, please share. Thanks so much!
