'Usable' Website Colors?

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone noticed any current scholarly research on user-centered website
design and color?  - especially on the topic of choosing website colors
which enhance the usability of the website (as opposed to chosing colors
for a particular marketing aim - there seems to be a fair bit of research
on this topic already).
