I think Tom E. was just talking about traffic control--in this case,
ensuring that there were computers available for the purpose of
searching value-added databases, never mind why.  It wasn't a sweeping
indictment of fun.  (Said by the woman who indexed a site called "Cheese
Racing" into lii.org this week...)
