System support tools or webpages

I chair the SUNY Librarians Association automation and information
technology committee.  We maintain a website at
http://www.morrisville.edu/library/sunyla/.  I want to update various parts
of the web site.  This will be done page by page.  The first page I  need to
look at is the Systems Support Tools and Web Sites at
http://www.morrisville.edu/library/sunyla/tools.html.
I am looking for input from this group.

What are your favorite system support tools and websites?  What needs to be
removed from the page?  Please respond back directly to me and I will
compile the responses.  The committee will be picking the best ones to add
to the page.
