[WEB4LIB] RE: 99.9% of web sites obsolete?

I excerpted the excerpt, necessarilly removing certain images and text for 
editorial reasons. Next time I'll just post the URL so discussion stays on 
topic. I thought I would be inviting sniper fire, but I considered that some 
people might want the text immediately without having to click through to it.
