request: Propero server needs estimate

Thank you to everyone who kindly provided me with data,
advice, and offers of assistance.

Generally speaking, people said that 1 or 2GB was currently
adequate.

A good rule of thumb seems to be that a 20-page article
is a 1.4 - 2 MB .pdf file. 

My very rough formula for determining server needs was to
to multiply 2 MB by the number of articles (70) received 
through Ariel during a peak-use month (November).

The default settings automatically delete articles after two weeks or 
five views (or sooner, at the user's discretion), so a backlog of
files will not build up over time. Unless you create backups, and
then of course you need to allocate space for that.
