Setting up a "private" archive on a listserv

Hi,
  We are setting up a private listserv using Listproc version 6 software that will be restricted to certain individuals from around the world.  The problem we are having is setting up an archives that can only be used by this set of subscribers.  Can anyone provide any suggestions?
