For those of you using EZProxy, I'm interested in hearing about how you are
logging the traffic through the EZProxy service so that you can get useful
statistics. Specifically, I'm interested in knowing if there is any particular
data that I should be collecting that will help my log analysis software
differentiate between the various sessions and the various databases. I would
like to be able to break out the traffic on a per database basis as our
current script counting method provides us with that kind of data. I've
reviewed the info. provided by EZProxy about their log file format:
http://www.usefulutilities.com/ezproxy/cfg/logformat.shtml
and have several software packages available for analyzing web logs. If you
are happy with the stats that you are getting, I would be interested in the
nuts-and-blots of your configuration. Any assistance is appreciated!
