Chat Bots In Libraries

Our library is currently preparing a chat bot to test with our customers.  We would appreciate comments from any libraries, especially public, that are also experimenting with or using chat bots with their customers.  What kind of information does the bot provide?  What software are you using?  How much time is spent maintaining the bot?  Any feedback would be appreciated.  Thanks.
