ProCite to web: need RWP replacement

Greetings from a first-time poster.

I have a one-person member library with a very small collection that dumps
citations into ProCite and has been making them live via http using
Reference Web Poster. RWP has been yanked (both sales and support) because
it doesn't perform with Win2x/WinMx like they predicted it would. IOW, it
stinks. Now I need a replacement.

Can anyone 1) suggest a replacement for Reference Web Poster that can be
used with ProCite or 2) suggest a replacement for both RWP *and* ProCite?
