         GIF Construction Set is a program which I have used for four or 
five years for assembling sets of GIF frames--which I create in Adobe 
Photoshop--to create animated GIFs.  It can also be used to modify existing 
animated GIFs.  The version I am using is the shareware version which was 
available about 5 years ago.  The current version appears not to be 
shareware, but it only costs $20.00 at:
