Critical IIS and IE bug

For those of you who are supporting IIS and/or IE in your libraries,
you'll want to be aware of this bug that MS is rating as critical:

"Clearly, this vulnerability is very serious, and Microsoft recommends
that all customers whose systems could be affected by them take
appropriate action immediately. "

Separate from this but also important is a cumulative patch for IE
addressing new security concerns:
