RAKIM: A Knowledge Instant Messenger is a web-based, GPL'd chat reference
system.  It is written in PHP.

I've moved all the development here:

	http://rakim.sourceforge.net/

this is still beta quality, but is getting close to release; there are
some things that are in the download, but aren't turned on yet (preference
editing, etc)....just a warning

anyway, download it, install it, break it, and subscribe to a mailing
list...
