You mean they won't even answer the 800 number on the website that
says that's where they'll take your money for renewal?  If they don't
do that, they may have bellied up.

You could also try their administrative contact, or tech contact as a
last resort.  Maybe they're a subsidiary of the IMS company listed
below.
