On a tangent to this...

Apache can do what it calls "content negotiation" to server 
language-appropriate files based on the browser's accept-language request 
header.  No scripting required, just some careful file naming.  Does IIS 
offer anything similar?  I haven't found it, just how to do it with ASP, 
which in fact is what the Knowledge Base seems to be doing.
