[WEB4LIB] Re: Another court weighs in on ADA on the web

Forgive me - I jumped half blind...

The article handed to me this morning makes no mention of the date of the 
ruling... this *is* the one we knew about already.  So that's only one 
"no" vote.

The "yes" vote was in the ruling on Atlanta, GA's MARTA website 
(http://www.sedbtac.org/ed/whats_new/articles.cfm?id=2520#content).

So we're still tied.  I apologize for my mix-up.  It's been Monday all 
week.

I am aware of the SW Airline ruling but refresh my memory, what is the
other ruling?
