Another court weighs in on ADA on the web

Hi folks!

I don't know if anyone has seen this yet -- our Head of Systems just 
brought it back to me.  Apparently there's been a ruling in the Southwest 
Airlines v Access Now Inc. case: 

Court: Disability law doesn't apply to Web

As I recall, that's two votes for "no it doesn't apply to the web" and one 
for "yes it does apply to the web."  As we've known, the ADA compliance 
and the Internet question will not be solved easily... or quickly.
