Well, they won't get a PhD for that, but will get the rest of it.  Of
course if the PhD is VERY desperate, and the PhD is in Classics or
Philosophy or History....they might.

Our university webmaster has a PhD in Italian Renaissance History, but
is solid technically and very good at what he does.  Of course he
makes more than $36K, but not a lot more. After all, this IS Idaho.
