[WEB4LIB] Experience with Sawmill (web log analysis tool)

One caution: if you are planning to use a "standard software package"--a
reasonable expectation, if "whipping stuff up from scratch" in Perl is
not in your repetoire--you better have standard log files.  In other
words, your log files need to be able to be interpreted by the log
analysis software.  If using standard software is a goal, make sure that
your log file formats haven't been tinkered with so extensively that
they cannot be read by most off-the-shelf packages.  

If someone provides good reason that the standard log file formats
aren't able to support your organization's needs, have a plan in place
about how you do plan to analyze these files without using off-the-shelf
software--and do a fire drill.
