[WEB4LIB] Self-serve prepaid printing for library guests?

No disrespect for UNLV, but their system sounds pretty complicated! Many 
academic libraries don't require quests to sign in and don't charge for 
printing. Visitors sit down in front of a pc, surf, print, and walk away when 
finished.
