[WEB4LIB] Self-serve prepaid printing for library guests?

Three years ago, while visiting Brussels, I was offered equivalent service
at the neighborhood branch of the public library.  I'm not exactly sure what
would have been offered a non-librarian tourist, but when I explained that
I'm a librarian, I was given a guest privileges card, and could print pages
at a tiny charge/page, handled with a vendacard-like system.
