Thanks for help with mouse problem

Thanks to all who helped with my mysterious mouse problem. I installed a
"ball-less" mouse since the gangs in our area were stealing the balls. 
The software program put an icon on the task bar that was
right-clickable. I never saw the icon and left it wide open.  Icon is
gone-mystery solved.  No more misbehaving mouses.  Again thanks.
