Hello,

As part of the development process for a new Technical Support Web site being created by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for grant recipients, we're performing a usability study. This message is a solicitation for participants. We need librarians with some responsibility for computers, from 5 minutes a day to all day every day.

The test takes under 5 minutes, and you can do it through e-mail. It's not demanding, and it requires no prior skills or knowledge.
