looking for a spinner applet

Hi,

I am looking for a free applet that will allow me to place a spinner (an up
arrow, a down arrow and a display box) on a webpage. The spinner will be
used to scroll from a lower number to an upper number. These two numbers
will be determined by JavaScript. Is there one out there?

Why is a spinner not included as one of the form elements in HTML?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
