styles, broswers, and platforms, oh my

2 questions:

Question  1:
Is there a current, comprehensive table of what browsers in which platforms
will translate which styles in which order (including if and when styles
override fonts)?

Question 2:
Does anyone know how to make Web Star SSIs  hide and show  according to
browser and platform?
