[WEB4LIB] Cleanup Word docs converted to HTML

Macromedia's DreamWeaver has a "clean up Word HTML utility." It's 
accessible on the Commands drop-down menu.

I have not used the newest version or DreamWeaver (mx) but I doubt they 
would have dropped this very useful feature.
