Uninstall Outlook Express in Windows XP

Can anyone give me a good set of instructions for uninstalling Outlook 
Express 6 within Windows XP Professional?  I haven't seen anything specific 
to Windows XP Pro, but the instructions for other Windows systems 
basically say to use the Add/Remove Programs feature.  I haven't seen 
anything there to uninstall OE.
