Dreamweaver 4 beginning

I asked before about using Dreamweaver to convert a site to using templates
and other Dreamweaver features to maintain it.  I got lots of encouragement
but little in the way of concrete suggestions on how to proceed.  At this
very moment I just opened up huge package from Macromedia called the Web
Design Studio 4.  It includes Dreamweaver4, Flash5, Fireworks4, Freehand10,
and HomeSite5.  What is the best way to proceed?
