auto re-starting browsers on public terminals

Hello everyone!

I'm a new library systems person at a small college in Illinois. I was
wondering if anyone had any tips on getting Internet Explorer (or
Netscape) to auto-restart itself on my public terminals once a user closes
the program manually?

I've seen other terminals at other libraries do this, but I'm still in the
dark.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
