[WEB4LIB] Problems with New Web Page and IE 5.0

If I recall, there is some bug in one of the many IE 5 Releases, like 
IE 5.0.456789 or something random like that. We had the same problem 
happen to one of our sites, and we were coding in XHTML 1.0 strict. 
I believe we had to add a copy IE specific options to our style sheet 
to make it work. I'd have to research more, if you want more details, 
it was a few months ago.
