Elcomsoft verdict in -- DMCA loses

DMCA proved to be difficult to use in a criminal prosecution.  Perhaps the
intellectual property pendulum is starting to swing back toward the center.
I think it is an encouraging way to ring out the year.  News reports are
available from all of the major sources, each with the editorial bias of the
purveyor.
