Run this search on Google:
inurl:spl.org site:spl.org
And you'll see that Google contains and looks to cache about 1300 pages from
The Seattle Public Library. So it looks like that you'll be able to browse
the static
pages from the SPL, though I don't know how much of their pages rely on
server-side
programs.
Gigablast also has a few cached pages, but not nearly as many.
