CSS and Browsers

I have what I believe is a CSS based page that can be viewed by most
browsers in at least a functional mode now. I have been testing with
Netscape 4.77 and also the newest browsers.

My page displays in Netscape4.77 but some of the text is not rendered as
well as it is in the more recent browsers. It is fully functional though!

I have also found the float function in CSS works best in inline style such
as:

<div class=left STYLE="float: left; text-align: left; margin-left: 2%;
margin-right: 5%;" >

For some reason this doesn't seem to work from a style sheet.
