Positioning in CSS

I have made a good deal of progress with my getting rid of tables for my
test page.  One problem I am having is the difference in how it displays
between different browsers.  The URL is:

http://library.morrisville.edu/indextest.html

The preferred way I want it to at least approximate is the way it appears in
IE6.  I have tested it in Mozilla 1.0 and Opera 6.0.
It displays in all three but the different div sections display in different
locations.  Any suggestions?
