                 Lynn University Library seeks an innovative librarian to
coordinate the
                 library's reference and instruction services, including a
newly developed
                 information literacy program. 
 
                 The successful candidate will coordinate reference
services; organize
                 and deliver instruction sessions and workshops; compile and
analyze
                 appropriate assessment data.  The successful candidate will
participate
                 with others in providing assistance directly to library
users.
 
                 Qualifications: Master's degree (A.L.A. accredited),
relevant teaching
                 experience; knowledge of and experience with information
technology;
                 demonstrated effectiveness in oral and written
communication.  
 
                 Lynn University is an independent co-educational
