Turn them on with WOL (wake on LAN)

All of my computers for the public have WOL ( Wake on LAN ) NICs (
Network Interface Cards ). It would be best if I could simply use that
to turn them on in the morning. I don't think that was the intention
of Wake on LAN but it seems like it may be possible. They are all
Windows 98 machines. I have no idea how to wake up machines that have
the Wake-on-LAN feature. Obviously, I can't ping them because there is
no IP address until after they boot.
