Adobe Capture

Hello to everyone,

I am undertaking a small digital library project as part of my information
management studies, and would like to ask if anyone knows where I can obtain
a demo version of Adobe's "Capture" software, which was recommended by a
librarian at our Digitisation Centre.  Any suggestions for an alternative
product with similar features would also be greatly appreciated.
