Scheduling / Calendar Software - Any suggestions

[Canagaratna, Indra]

We are looking for suggestions on programs that are being used for
scheduling rooms, equipment etc.

We would like the patron to request and also view availability using a
browser.
The library staff will receive email or some notification so that the data
could be updated.

Information on software currently used by other libraries would be most
